Website privacy notice

This notice describes the corporate website at j4biologics.com and its business inquiry forms. Job applications have a separate applicant privacy notice on the Careers pages. This notice does not cover separate internal applications or tissue, donor or patient records.

Website inquiries

We receive the contact and program information you choose to submit through our forms and subsequent correspondence. We use it to answer your inquiry and retain it to assist with website updates. Inquiries are not used for marketing.

Access to retained website inquiries is limited to web administrators. There is no fixed deletion schedule. Retention means the information remains stored after a response; answering an inquiry does not automatically delete it.

Please do not submit patient or donor identifiers, medical records or other sensitive personal information through a website inquiry form.

Website providers

Netlify hosts this website and processes submitted forms. Email services support inquiry notifications and responses. These services process information needed to deliver and protect the website and handle inquiries. The website also requests fonts from Google Fonts.

Website analytics

Google Analytics measures visits to selected public marketing pages and successful business inquiry submissions. The implementation sends page titles, page addresses without query strings or fragments, and fixed form labels rather than inquiry contents. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the site's tracking code.

Analytics does not initialize when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Browser cookie controls can also restrict or remove cookies. These controls do not prevent the requests needed to load the website or information you choose to submit through a form.

For questions about information associated with your inquiry, use our contact form and identify your message as a privacy question. Do not include sensitive records in that message.
