Before tissue reaches J4, there is a person. Before there is a graft, there is a generous decision that makes transplantation possible.

J4 does not solicit or accept donations, and we do not recover tissue. We receive recovered tissue and required records from qualified recovery organizations, then apply our processing and quality systems to create defined allograft products.

Every allograft J4 processes still originates in an act of generosity. Our responsibility begins when that tissue is entrusted to us. Stewardship means careful handling, documented procedures, accurate records and a culture that remembers the human gift behind the material.

We are grateful to donors and donor families, and to the recovery organizations and hospital partners that guide donation, support families and recover tissue with dignity.

J4 honors that generosity by doing our part well: transforming recovered tissue into usable allograft configurations through disciplined processing, quality review and traceability.
