Why J4 Exists
J4 was built around a technical premise and a human responsibility: recovered tissue has measurable characteristics that require disciplined processing, documentation and quality control.
Our Story

J4 was built around a technical premise and a human responsibility: recovered tissue has measurable characteristics that require disciplined processing, documentation and quality control.
J4 does not solicit donations or perform tissue recovery. Our responsibility begins when recovered tissue is entrusted to us and is expressed through controlled handling, accurate records, traceability and accountable processing decisions.
A surgeon opens a package expecting the graft to correspond with its label and handling information. Defined requirements, documentation and traceability support that expectation.
We examine how preparation, processing, preservation and packaging decisions influence tissue characteristics, then communicate only what has been verified.
Processing, quality and development work depends on trained people who understand both the technical requirements and the responsibility carried by the material in their hands.
Controlled processing environments, quality laboratory space, storage and packaging operations under one roof.
J4 is built to work with recovery organizations, biologics and medical device companies, distributors and clinical collaborators — including commercial partners developing programs under their own brands.
